課程概述

外系同學選修課程，2 學分，
每週上課 2 小時，
推薦給對關切飲食健康及肉品推廣教育
有興趣的同學研習。

上課方式主要以肉品推廣小冊、Power points、現代肉品期刊、CD及影片等來講述。

課程目標

研習實用之肉品常識及肉品推廣教育。

課程要求

早起、歡樂學習 (缺課 6 次則不及格)。

2.	期末考	25%	1.以Power point 口頭報告6min。該PPT請於第15週上完之Sunday的24:00 前上傳於ceiba，Pleas do it on time. 2.Final coclusion : What did I learn from teacher and classmates in this course ?
3.	期中考	15%	Written report : 由各位同學的作業報告中，請選出你受益的 3 篇? 理由是? 並請簡述(條列)其重點。期中考當天，線上繳交。各位同學的期中考報告，會在第10週上完之週日的24:00前開放觀摩。
4.	課後作業	15%	(1次 x 15分) 相關資訊搜集及心得報告(.doc file)，Please do it on time. 報告請於第7週上完之 Sunday 的 24:00前，上傳於ceiba，分享交流。
